Quadrant is a highly engineered housing system. It uses Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) for walls, roofs, and floors. SIP's have been used in building houses since the 1930's and are considerably stronger and have a much higher energy efficiency than traditionally built homes. Extrusions made of aerospace grade aluminum held together with a patented locking system make up a post and beam frame, including locks of varying degrees for pitched roofs. Together they are a hybrid SIP. Quadrant provides all the benefits of an SIP house with the reinforcement and ease of assembly of a hi tech aluminum frame. Quadrant allows a home to be built in days with limited skilled labor and without almost any wasted materials. Its use of highly recyclable non toxic materials and high energy efficiency make it an extremely green home.
 
Quadrant is built in a 80,000square meter state of the art factory that has been manufacturing similar products for almost 20 years. It has been precision engineered using the latest aluminum extrusion and SIP technology for a lifetime of structural durability. All homes are precut, predrilled and shipped flat packed ready to assemble.
